By accessing or using SliceSave (slicesave.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. SliceSave reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Nature of Service: Planning Tool Only
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
SliceSave provides admin-curated trip plans and optional booking-assistance requests. A request is not a confirmed railway ticket or accommodation until SliceSave displays the relevant PNR or hotel confirmation. Availability and fares can change before fulfilment.
- We do not book flights, trains, buses, hotels, or activities on your behalf.
- We do not process payments for travel tickets or accommodations.
- Never provide SliceSave with an IRCTC password, OTP or payment credential. When railway authentication is required, you must complete it directly through IRCTC. Booking checkout clearly displays the trip estimate, assistance fee and total payable before payment.
3 AI Accuracy & Price Estimates
SliceSave uses advanced AI models to generate itineraries and estimate costs. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Estimates Only: All prices (train fares, bus tickets, hotel rates, food costs) are estimates based on historical data and AI predictions. Actual prices may vary significantly due to seasonality, demand, dynamic pricing, or availability.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the availability of specific trains, buses, or accommodations mentioned in your itinerary.
- Verification Required: You must verify all schedules, fares, and availability directly with the respective service providers before making any financial commitments.

5 User Responsibilities
As a user of SliceSave, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when planning your trips.
- Take full responsibility for your travel safety, health, and security. SliceSave is not responsible for any incidents that occur during your travels.
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to scrape our AI models or database.
- Ensure you have valid identification and necessary permits for the destinations you plan to visit.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SliceSave and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or travel disruptions arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to SliceSave shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific trip plan in question.
7 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
